
Hey everyone Im Katie Powers. Qualified level 3 personal trainer with 6 year’s experience in changing womens outlook on health and fitness. I started my fitness journey because I wasn’t happy with me. Overweight, low self esteem and zero direction. Something had to give so I made the change for myself. I loved the journey so much I wanted to be part of other people’s journey so I can help and guide them into becoming the best version of themselves.

WHY FITNESS
I have found through my journey and time that health and fitness is one of the best TOOLS we have to ensure mental health is taken care of, along with feeling good about how we look. I want to reinforce to all women that being positive doesn’t just come from how we look, or what the scales say. It comes from how we feel. So what better way to push forward in life then to let me help you SMASH your goals and hold your hand to ensure when you leave the gym after your session your energy is relativised. Meaning my job for the day for you is done.
WHAT I OFFER
I specialise in 1-2-1 sessions or group sessions for multiple people to take you outside of your comfort zones, online coaching, and post partem training. For me its not about taking money, its about taking you to your goals.
