
Hi! My names Hannah. I’m a level 3 women’s only personal trainer who believes fitness should be an all inclusive safe space for people of all backgrounds, shapes and sizes. I specialise in training neurodivergent clients and offer on going support through 1-1, small group training, She Lifts and online coaching.
She Lifts is a group of like minded ladies who train together with me on a Monday and Thursday, each following their own, individualised program. I believe exercise should be used as a tool to not only support physical wellbeing, but mental health as well. I do not believe in fad diets, overnight results and a ‘one size fits all’ approach, but work with you to build sustainable, life long habits to help you maintain a healthy body and mind.
